Once you have agreed for us to manage your payroll services, we will send you a form that asks for information such as; frequency of employees’ pay, employee details, pay rates etc. We can also provide you with timesheets if required.


Once we have the required information, we will move to setting up your company’s payroll if this is not already done.


Each pay-day we will send you a communication to let us know how we will set up your companies payroll, and then all that remains for you to do each pay-day is let us know how many hours the employee has worked and any other benefits or claims they are to receive e.g. mileage claims.


We will create your payslips and send them on to you or directly to your employees. You will also receive a summary and details of how much to pay to each employee and how much to pay to HMRC and your pensions provider if required.
